The hotel is located in the middle of a newly built mall type complex.
From the HAK airport it takes around 20minutes and to downtown Haikou it is around 30 minutes away by car.
The room is very grand & of an opulent look on the 17th floor. Good level of detail has been put into the decor of this medium size room that offers a super comfy and high king size bed. Either side are bed side tables with pull out drawers that offer international plug sockets and even specific USB sockets for either I phone or Android. Button lighting and electronic drape controls are also on the bedside table and easily accessible from bed to create either ambience, reading, accent or night light- controlling the various overhead lighting to create the ideal mood etc.
The bed faces a large TV and grand wooden cabinet, where there is a Nespresso coffee machine plus shelves that contains items such as a globe, tea set, some vases and even a book about the Beatles.
The TV has full cable channels with some movies, CNN for English but also Russian, Japanese and Korean TV is offered.
Below TV is a mini bar containing large bottles of wine, liquor, soft drinks and snacks- as well as a premium glasses and plate set plus cups for the coffee making.
The room also contains a large round dining style table instead of a desk but worked well as since plug sockets are nearby. It also enables you to enjoy in-room dining at a proper table. Behind this is a phone, lamp and a small Bose speaker unit that can be synched up to via bluetooth. There is a also a soft and comfy arm chair and side table.
The ambience feels like an executive chairmans bedroom from the effort of the detail and the vibe it creates.
A large balcony also exists with two chairs and a nice view of the hotel golf course.
The bathroom is very spacious with complete elegant marble finish from top to bottom. Offers two sinks, an enclosed large marble bath as well as a spacious washing area with marble seat below an overhead rain shower but there is also a separate detachable shower. The bath has a comfy pillow to lie and watch the bath TV at the end. Same channel as main room and good sound quality throughout the bathroom.
Amenities are as expected very premium Ritz Carlton home branded full set and generous personal tubes of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soaps by British brand asprey's. Thick lovely towels and robes with soft towel finish on the inside, one of the best robes seen in any hotel. Slippers are also offered.
There is WIFI for free throughout the hotel, secure using your room number. It worked well and allowed vpn access.
Catering includes a roof top bar called Flair that has some light dishes kind of restaurant such as Sushi. It offers a nice view and has a female Dj playing some mellow house music.
There is also a Chinese restaurant but didn't try it, a lobby bar with macaroons, cakes and teas- a nice lounge atmosphere with a lady singing songs accompanied by a playing piano.
Also an Italian restaurant is where breakfast is served but had to leave early so unable to try it. Pool bar as well. The hotel does offer a take-away breakfast box in which I did try and had some nice pastries and fruit offered with bottle of water.
The pool is quite small for size of hotel with limited loungers but a nice setting with view of golf course. It is sufficient for doing lengths. There is also a kids pools with some water fountain displays. Plus also a whole kids room with toys and outside area has a climbing frame.
There is a gym- very clean and new with techno gym equipment, cardio and weights rooms. A massage spa also exists.
They do offers a golf course, but this is quite small compared to a normal size but still looks nice and well lit up in front of the hotel.
There is also a business centre, conference facilities and a souvenir shop but did not see these. The decor throughout the hotel is exceptional level of detail.
Staff on all levels offers the highest standard of customer service. They all acknowledge you and want to help you with anything. As expected at this international brand they all speak very well English.
A very nice Ritz Carlton. The room was exceptionally cosy.

The Al-Baleed resort is located on a secluded beach area down the coast with no neighbouring hotels. It takes about 25 minutes from Salalah Airport and about 15 minutes to the small city centre. Very private and secure resort. Next door is Al Baleed Archaeological Park & land of Frankincense museum. Included in the price is access to 4 Unesco world heritage sites in the region.
The one bedroom garden villa is one of the nicest room products I've stayed at & well worth the upgrade. Upon entry you have walled private slate garden that offers your own private pool of decent size for a couple or young family, not lengths but perfect for a dip & small swim in privacy. The garden also includes your own two person cabana with pillows, drapes and adjustable roof for sunbathing or fully covered. There is also a garden outdoor soft chairs and a upright table for dining. Along with plants & trees it's of a very relaxing setting.
Inside a lounge welcomes you with a long sofa that faces a huge TV with all multiple input slots. A full size desk is at one end & behind a sink, multiple drink ware and nesexpresso coffee machine. A comprehensive premium mini bar is to the side. The desk includes a hotel branded Frisbee & foot ball and x2 litre bottles of water are complimentary. Behind all this is a door to a small outside area.
Enter the bedroom you will find a spacious marble finished room with a large very soft and comfortable king size bed. Large ceiling to floor windows at one end show a view of your own pool. At the other end is a small sofa that includes a sarong and a Panama hat. The bed offers marble bed side units with an alarm clock with USB sockets and a Jamo Bluetooth speaker unit with superb sound. There is also an arm chair in the room & again a huge TV with 77 multi-regional channels. TV's worked well but there was some issues with getting past the main TV menu screen to channels, at least in the lounge room.
The wardrobes, laptop size safe, ironing board are in a small separate corridor allowing a bedroom free of clothes. Two kinds of robe & slippers, flip flops & yoga mat is offered.
The bathroom is kind of small in comparison to room since it only has one sink but its large and again marble finish. The bathroom offers direct door to pool access. There is a large oval shaped pool with a pillow to relax, rain shower and separate shower extension. Multiple soft towels and comprehensive amenities include local brand Amouage. They also offer a soap menu with some nice health based soaps. Also after sun lotion in which is handy. The toilet in a separate frosted glass cubicle has a bidet.
All rooms have individual digital AC controls but the centralised AC can be loud if your fan is on high.
The decor is as one expects, Omani artistic local colourful furnishings expected for a beach side villa finished in white and brown wood with grey marble and glass candle lanterns. The garden offers fake constant candle creating a nice mellow ambience at night. Overall a nice room but found the lighting to be somewhat hard to configure.
Catering includes an all day dining restaurant but also a buffet for breakfast. A Mediterranean beach bar and restaurant. Plus a South East Asian restaurant. Also 24-HR in room dining. Food quality is of an excellent standard and both restaurants had a relaxing ambience.
Leisure facilities include a SPA that also offers various wellness programs that also includes the only Hamman in Salalah with traditional mud rasul treatment.
Off course there is a very large pool and plenty of sun lounges, cabanas beds at the pool and beach. You can hire (for free) kayaks, cruiser bicycles (great for cycling around the resort), and other water sport type activities such as fishing or hobie cat. For kids there is a kids club and teens a club that has Xbox or wii with board games, table tennis, table foot ball etc. Classes for adults include cooking, mixology and wine masterclass.
There is a modern gym with personal trainers plus a tour centre for multiple excursions such as dolphin watching or diving. In addition a volleyball and football pitch are set up on the beach. Also a flood lit tennis court.
Business facilities include free open fast wifi (free for 4mbps, cost if need faster). Also a library building that includes a computer. There is also a boardroom available for hire.
In addition there is a bank, ATM, souvenir shop and laundry services.
Staff are as one expects at this level of hotel very proactive, approachable and all round very friendly and trained to the top standard to please each and every guest.
After this relaxing experience, I certainly look forward to staying at Anantara again.

Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah resort is located 45 minutes drive from Muscat Seeb Airport.
If your looking to save on expenses, Its worth hiring a car as its overall less expensive than a one way taxi. The roads in Muscat area are of a very good standard & gives you opportunity to explore the mountains & deserts if you decide to leave the resort. Parking is done by staff for you.
The location is very idyllic with the coastline bordering the mountain range. The resort consists of three hotels all part of the Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort.
Al Waha Resort is the less expensive more family orientated resort (full of children but great facilities for them), Al Bandar is an more up market business hotel and lastly, the hotel I am reviewing Al Husn is their most premium product. Various staff describe it as the VIP hotel when I asked what differed to the others. This is because of the exclusive facilities for Al Husn guests only. In short this is the most premium product of the resort and where I was told Sultans and other Royalty have stayed at.
The room I stayed at was perfectly positioned facing the bay of hotels of the main beach. Very spacious 6 star standard of room from the exceptional attention to detail in creating a luxurious Arabic ambience with decor that includes a detailed classical thick but soft carpet, wooden detailed crafted walls and gold taps, switches and plugs. It feels cosy, glamours, a palace feel thanks to the luxury furnishings, wall designs and lighting . Artistic Omani framed pictures & photos enhance this ambience.
The room is large with a long full mirrored corridor from entrance leading to very spacious bedroom.
Large comfortable bed with clean white Egyptian standard of cotton bedding. Spacious, decorative with soft pillows. Either side is marble top built in bed side tables, both offering drawers with the one having a phone & a classic leather framed clock and nearby plug sockets. The highlight however is seen above both of the bed side tables; unique lanterns hanging overhead in creating the distinctive Shangri-La mellow Asian feel to the lighting, full room switches conveniently below. The back wall of the bed has an original artistic detailed wooden facade with a back white light relaxing and mellow. The craft design is consistent in other areas of the room such as the back wall behind the glass top desk that faces the bed. This is accompanied by an upright but comforatble burgundy leather chair. A large antique looking mirror above additional plug sockets, telephone, small nesexpresso machine plus drawers containing a hair dryer & handy plug adaptor. The table also contains a bose blue tooth speaker system- portable and connects to all blue tooth devices.
Both sides of this large desk are small oval art deco lamps, again creating warm mood to further enhance the cosiness. A silver suit hanger that also holds cufflinks stands nearby.
The room has two options of seating, a small classic sofa for two people that faces the TV. A glass top finish wooden coffee table plus a large classical velvet chair facing it. I was presented with some fruit and sweet snacks on top.
To the left is a small wooden cabinet that contains the free mini bar- this include a collection of canned soft drinks, juices, perrier water and Budweiser and even some sweet & savoury snacks - all complimentary, replenished every day included in room rate. Generous sized Bombay Sapphire, JW Waker & absolute vodka is also available at a price. The cabinet also contain a kettle for making tea and the expresso capsules. Nice glass ware and mugs are also offered.
Sony flat screen TV of decent size and clear clarity offers a generous 140 channels with convenient TV guide with programs from literally all over the world including news to movies channels and everything else.
Beyond the thick black out curtains is a decent sized balcony, deep and private from neighbours offering both a small sofa with soft pillows a glass table with chairs for smokers.
My room 1113 offered an impressive view of the main beach displaying the other hotels and sandy mountains in the back ground. Very nice for sunrise & general view of the resort. Great for relaxing & getting out of the sun.
The bathroom is directly located by the entrance and is very spacious offering a complete marble finish to walls and floor with gold faucet taps in all areas.
A large bath with window into main bedroom is present like in Asia but the Shangri-La offers sliding wooden doors for privacy when needed. Relaxing scented bath salts are offered in an artistic Arabian pot. There is a closed shower cubicle with both overhead rain and separate head's - all classical design & exceptionally clean. Toilet in opposite room with bidet- again gold faucets.
A volume switch for the TV exist if you wish to listen while in bathroom.
Amenities offered are extensive and generous that include L’Occitane branded Jasmin & Bergamote Shower gel bottles, shampoo, and conditioner, body milk and even Colgate total mouthwash. There is the standard full set of amenities such as dental kits, shavers, vanity sets, combs etc by Shangri-La. Another classical but glass clock is also on the spacious sink area. 4 water bottles are provided.
Within bathroom is an inlet side room area with a convenient large luggage rack shelf. Staff have prepared your bags before you even arrive in there- its that efficient. There open wardrobe above has plenty of coat hangers and it also offers an iron, iron board, plus a laptop compatible safe and complimentary comfortable Shangri-La branded flip flops and slippers- so don't worry if your forget them. As standard branded robes are also offered.
As I express such detail, i feels like your are in an Arabian palace guest room, soft classical carpet, cosy ambience and honestly in the many rooms I have stayed at, the Al Husn room had nothing you could fault. I really enjoyed just relaxing before retiring to sleep by just having the mellow lights on and absorbing the decor.
There are way too many facilities to mention since this hotel covers all of the complex. However Al Husn guest's have exclusivity & benefits in addition to use of the whole Shangri-La Resort of three hotels. The main noticeable aspect of these is that its has a child-free policy to keep in line the luxurious ambient atmosphere. The other two especially Al Waha is full of children with busy pools and kids running everywhere.
The Al Husn avoids this with the child-free policy at its private beach & the infinity pool that offers splendid views of the coast below. Jacuzzi's palm tree each side with soft comfortable sun loungers that face the ocean- the other hotels have very busy pools full of children but Al Husn is quiet and relaxing with plenty of space at both beach and pool to have your own privacy, in contrast to how busy the lawn of the main beach of the other two hotels was.
The private beach you can walk down (5-10 minutes) or staff will happily drive you down with a golf cart. This beach is much nicer than the main beach of the other two hotels, positioned much more intimately between the rocks and cliffs, the sandy beach has many sun loungers that face two sides- one side offers a view of the large bay where the local marina of Yachts is nearby and where you can see the stunning sunset over the mountains behind. Beach staff offer canoes and other equipment for your convenience. Plus cold refreshing mist, bottled water and cold towels.
There is also a beach bar in this area. Its is great for photos since one of the rocks that sticks out has a nice hole in it that boats stream thru. Sunset is mesmerising plus the sea seemed less wild in this area.
There is a 24 hours gym - well equipped with weights and cardio, quite small but staffed readily there handing out towels and cold water bottles.
A library exists with both apple and windows computers with printer plus off course comfortable arm chairs with plenty of shelves of interesting books of all kinds. Great place to rest and read especially in the main heat of the day time sun.
In terms of catering there are two restaurants (at Al Husn) one of which offers the complimentary afternoon tea, enjoyable small selection of mini scones, sandwiches and cakes- very British with a large selection of teas offered from the proactive staff. This is also where the buffet and ala carte breakfast is served. An excellent offering of menu dishes with fresh international and Arabian choices plus a buffet full of delicious breads, fruits, meats and cheeses. I was impressed with my Salmon on Scrambled egg and Beef tenderloin.
Another restaurant nearby is the most premium fine dining of all the 10+ catering facilities across the whole complex- I did not try this so cannot comment. Both areas have indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a complimentary pre-dinner glass of wine of mixed liquor drinks offered between 6-7.
The Al Husn has beautiful decor both in lobby lounges and nice carpeted corridors scented with what I belief to be frankincense. There is also a Omani Coffeee and date station that door staff are ready to offer you upon arrival, in addition to the delicious tropical juice drink.
Since there are so many facilities on sight of the whole complex, please look at picture of map but some items to mention in main areas (at the other hotels) include a lazy river (moving river) where you sit on lidos that carry you along between the other hotels- quite fun. Tennis court, SPA, Kids area, Volley ball and multiple water sports like banana boat and snorkelling plus a diving centre is also on site.
Large selection of catering outlets across the whole site both Arabic and International foods.
There is also an Art gallery, shops, outdoor Shisha/Hooka lounge, Mini Golf, and excursions amongst others. There is even a daily return transfer service to various sights in Muscat. A unique highlight though is Turtle beach where around late afternoon if your lucky, small turtles come to the beach in a small cove in an area of the resort close to Al Husn side. Its a 5 star resort with no reason to leave, full of activities but the Al-Husn goes further in fitting the 6 star standard with its additional facilities and attention to detail from both the product and staff service.
Staff are exceptional. I was welcomed upon arrival by with an authentic Omani Uniformed door man, dressed with the local traditional sword, ready to park my car, offer you a date and the Arabic local coffee available in the lobby. With bags taken and automatically delivered to your room while your checking in. A delicious welcome drink and refreshing cold towel with eager reception staff ready to personally accompany you to your room and explain the facilities and what the Al-Husn offers very clearly.
Staff at afternoon tea are sincere and professional in their efforts to ensure your needs. This is also the case with the friendly staff down by the beach and even when visiting the main resort, staff in all areas are very attentive to the presence of the guest, consistently acknowledging you in a friendly manner with eye contact and a smile regardless which hotel you are at. In the evening I spent some time at the Shisha place to relax and look at the stars and the staff there were easily approachable and chatty noticing I was on my own.
I walked around the others in the evening and daytime and the main difference is simply not the staff but atmosphere of the guests, the others two hotels are just very busy with lots of children.
Overall the Al-Husn is very impressive product that I certainly feel is worth upgrading especially if your on a honeymoon or prefer a relaxing environment. A place that leaves a lasting impression of experiencing the true Omani Hospitality together with room decor comparable to an Arabian Palace. I hope to return here soon to experience more, since I was only there 24 hours.

Located on the riverside in Sathorn. Near the train station Saphan Taksin & right next to Saphorn pier & Taksin Bridge- hotel branded signage is clear coming from Thanon Charoen Krung rd.
Hotel is close to the Asiatique waterfront, a boutique market with stores, bars, restaurants & even a big ferris wheel is to be ridden. It takes 5-10 Min via Shangri La very own complimentary junk boat, which rides every 30 minutes in the evening back and forth. From BKK airport it takes over an hour by car or via public transport.
Room was of a cosy but decent size sufficient for a couple. Presented with classical traditional Thai decor which included a traditional Thai wooden art painting used as a back bed post. Very authentic, clean & romantic ambience thanks to the cosy multiple lighting.
The room offers large windows that presents a fantastic view of the river & pool below both day & night. Conveniently next to it is a traditional Thai wooden artistic classical bench with a soft cushion so you can gaze at the beautiful scenery below and at night watch the luminated boats including Shangri La own go up and down the river.
The room offers a nice functional desk with decent leather office chair. As normal a multitude of plugs- 2 international & one US plus AV sockets is close by. A nice lamp, diary and phone is on the leather finished desk top.
Facing the bed is the wooden unit that has the modern large size Samsung TV offering 42 channels that included BBC, French, CCTV, RT, Japanese, German, Spanish, Italian , Hindi & Saudi TV- basically covering everyone plus extensive premium sport & movie channels. A DVD player & drawer is below that contained some colourful pillows.
The king size bed was delightfully comfortable with lamps either side & granite finished bedside tables either side. A small clock, phone & lighting controls are also there with an international plug one side.
The room offers a wide comfy arm chair with a glass table in front to complete the seating area by the window. This was next to a tall lamp & contemporary Thai style picture above. Carpeted floors are offered in half the room before the wooden floored section near the entrance where the mini bar & fridge is offered. This contains snacks plus many liquor items. A kettle on top with a drawer below offering cheap Dilmah tea & Nescafé sachets - the only weakness of the premium experience. However two glass bottles waters are offered.
By the entrance door are large wardrobes with mirror fronts offering plenty of space to hang clothing, and here are presented your slippers, ropes, iron & ironing board. An easy to use laptop size safe is also offered.
The bathroom was of good size with sliding doors offering a shower cubicle contained within a circular glass door dome with marble finish. Spacious enough for 2 people offering an overhead rain shower & detachable unit. Both worked well. In addition there is a separate marble finished bath also with detachable shower head. Plenty of towels plus full Shangri la mini bottles as amenities & dental kits. Even the soaps offered the distinctive smell that the hotel brand has established.
Overall the room is authentic classical Thai, spacious, cosy and functional with a romantic appeal.
WIFI is free- unsecure multiple devices hotel wide just agree to terms but of good speed.
There are 9 catering facilities, 2 international buffets- within the hotel building where the extensive international breakfast is presented & the other on their dinner cruise boat. There is a Thai, Chinese & according to the hotel and Italian restaurant "voted the best" in Bangkok- did not try these other than breakfast. There is also a long bar outside near the pool that at night had a relaxing ambience that faces the river & boat dock with comfy beds, and sofas. This is where the shuttle wooden boats leave from. If it rains there is a bar in lobby, nice decor of classical large chandeliers overlooking the river that has a specialist chocolate boutique pastry place nearby. In addition a another artistic modern boutique bar cigar jazz type bar is also offered
Leisure facilities include 2 pools, one each wing. The main wing had a nice outdoor pool decorative with palm tree in centre surrounded by the decking, right next to the river- there is a section of pool that offers a bubble jacuzzi bed, a sort of water massage in which was therapeutic after doing some laps. The other wing pool is more traditional and rectangular. A health club also includes a modern gym overlooking river, Sauna, steam room, whirl pool & two tennis courts. A SPA is also offered for massages. There is also a Shangri La gift shop, jewlerry store, fabric & textiles store, an art store plus hairdresser salon, foreign exchange & ATM. In adjoining building a leather store, tailor, gem stones & oriental art gallery are also offered. The business centre includes meeting rooms, computers, laptops, mobile phone hire & printer fax etc..
Overall full 5 star multiple facilities offered that covers everything needed and maximise your stay in this beautiful resort hotel.
Staff were very welcoming and offered true Thai hospitality, a proactive approach to personal service at least in lobby with bellman and reception staff. Some of the bar staff you need to get their attention and surprised some did not know what was in some of the cocktails where they needed to consult the bar man, some didn't speak that well English. However the staff at breakfast and at the pool were very friendly and proactive, many acknowledging you etc.
Overall the best hotel I have stayed at in Bangkok, the room was very cosy, authentic Thai art with an exciting view. The facilities are exceptional and especially like the boat service and the pool. I would love to return here again.

Located about 15 minutes drive from Sanya Airport, located along the quieter beach front road of Sanya Bay, offers an excellent view. Beach is across the road & whilst it is adequate for sunbathing, there are signs saying don't swim in it. It didn't look that clean. Within area is just various hotels and I think the odd restaurant but not sure, it seemed no shops or much in the area. A 20 minute taxi cab will take you into main city area of Sanya where everything is located.
Room was located on 16th floor with an amazing sea view and spacious balcony. Decked out with full art deco design combined with glamorous premium Chinese style with marble floors & tops, wooden furnishings & walls and mother of pearl and much lighting.
The room as you enter contains a small inlet where the luggage rack is seen and this is where the main wardrobe is that contains slippers both inside and outside, robes and ironing board, also hair dryer. Below the small rack is a large laptop size safe. Whilst it was nice to keep bags & clothes away from main room, it seemed a walk away the slippery (presented wet) marble floor to get anything from bag.
Back to the main corridor with nice reception table faces the open plan bathroom that offers a modern bath tub with TV in front in a mirror (though did not work) and separate very large shower cubicle enough space for two. Two sinks are offered and the toilet has a telephone in it in a separate room but see through glass door. The bathroom offers wooden french style shutters. Amenities include all hotel branded items - full 5 star set even loofah, plus mini shower bottles etc branded as French Connection. The bath offers a TV mirror style that faces it in there but despite maintenance coming to look at it was told it simply doesn't work.
The main bed room had a large king size bed, very comfortable but way over the too on pillows (8). Bedside tables contained useful international plug sockets & telephone. The bed faced a large Samsung TV with 51 Channels, international included CNN, BBC, NHK, ESPN, Discovery etc..- below the TV is many cabinets & drawers all empty with nice premium pearl covers. The room contained a working desk, marble top and wooden finish with lamp and an alarm clock using the new style lightning slot- this is where the iPad is contained. Many plugs also existed here. There is also a armchair with leg rest nearby and next to this a cupboard that contains the extensive drink (but lacking snacks mini bar). There are double doors that lead to a large balcony with exceptional view of the South China Sea and downtown Sanya in the distance. A large shared cabana style bed is outside, nice for couple with privacy and two arm chairs.
The room offers touch control A/C and the most exciting feature is the iPad that controls all lighting in room digital thru the WIFI (plus A/C), plus can use WIFI, weather, movies news etc all from this helpful device but other than lighting, the rest is in Chinese only despite English selection. The lighting was excellent especially the art deco tube lights by the bed plus the overhead reading lights. Overall a very nice room look and finish, only issue was facing the bed was stained walls which was a shame as it brought down the most impressive decor seen in China.
The hotel offers WIFI which is free and worked well, unusually it was able to access FB and break thru the firewall. The hotel offers 3 dining facilities and 24 hour room service of which no menu is given out and they only tell you options by phone. Food is ok but a little over priced. There are two pools at this hotel, one is rather exciting with bed jacuzzi designs init plus some small slides for kids. The other is a wide spacious pool. There is also a Gym with a snooker table- looked nice & some dedicated kid area but never saw this. Hair salon and also KTV on ground floor- but did not see these.
Staff like most Chinese hotels are the issue but this is because one is staying at a non International brand. Very few can speak English, girls behind the reception giggle when you try to talk to them and run away. Room service staff refused to let me have the tray (never heard this in any hotel) just only allowed plate and cutlery. The broken TV in the bathroom was just laughed at that it is broken but no resolution or apologies. Overall my clients put me in this hotel, and whilst the sea view and room were impressive, this is not a place for non Chinese. Staff simply are not welcoming and verge of rudeness. To be fair I never saw any non Chinese during my stay, with loads of international brands in Sanya, there is no reason for international travellers to stay here. Despite a clear 34 excellent review, the staff unhelpful/welcomeness, dirt on walls and corridors on carpets, lack of room service menu, plus the price means I give this 3 stars solely for the room. The hotel is basically 4 star, room 5 star, staff service 2.5-3 star.

Located in downtown Kaohsiung, around 20 minutes drive from the airport. Across the road outside is the new famous Library with night markets plus shops are all closeby including department store being only a few blocks away. Easy to walk to.
Room was on 62nd floor- Deluxe floor, a corner suite that offered a living room and bedroom in separate rooms, both offering an amazing view. Bed faced harbour and Sea and living room faced downtown Kaohsiung, stunning day and night.
The living room offered a decent sized desk with two international plugs, lamp and telephone- perfect for working. Telephone acts also a light control unit for all lights in room. Same as in bedroom.
The large spacious living room had two long comfy sofa's and 2 arm chairs with large coffee table in centre, enough room for 6 people. Two additional chairs are offered next to a large TV cabinet with complementary mini bar and kettle tea making below. Mini bar only includes soft drinks but about 8 waters. It is a perfect setting for a informal meeting with a nice view. The TV had mostly Chinese and taiwanese channels but CNN, Tv5 Monde, NHK, Discovery, TLC, Fox, Star movies, Cinemax, Fox Sport and HBO were available. Some pay-per-view Children's movies and Adult is also available but does not specify price.
The bedroom offers a large double bed and corner windows. There is a luggage rack, TV on top of two drawers (same channels as bedroom but also offers a DVD player). Two side seats facing the amazing view. A large wardrobe with huge safe that also contains a robe and branded slippers. An armchair and a suit jacket stand.
The bathroom was large and spacious, fitted out in premium marble and offered a large bath and separate shower cubicle. Full set of amenities of which L'Occitane was the chosen brand along with drawer of amenities kits, like dental, shaver, emery board, vanity etc.. The best thing about the bathroom was the toilet- digital washlet which opens lid as you walk in automatically, a detachable digital pad although in Chinese explains all the functions, which included warming up the seat, aroma, dryer and various spray functions. Very high tech making going to the toilet total recall.
The room was clean and offered digital touch pad A/C unit.
Overall decor was conservative but spotlessly clean, it was so cosy and the view made you want to leave the curtains open all night, 63 floors up no-one will see you as you tower above the city. Enjoyed at night looking at all the lights and buzz of the city when cosy in bed. My dream room as love heights & views.
The hotel offers free WIFI, worked well and was fast- no password, multiple devices. There is a Gym, Sauna and large Pool but did not use.
Catering facilities include 8 restaurants in building, one of which is a bakery and another is a lounge bar. I only visited the Japanese Teppanyaki which offered a superb meal with your own chef dishing up delicious cuisine again facing an impressive view of the city with large windows behind. I left too early for flight to try breakfast. There is also a business centre, conference centre and best of all - the 74floor view deck, which I believe is free to hotel guests. Excellent views up Taiwan fastest elevator. All around side view with telescopes and guides of what you are looking at above on pictures and a small bar to take a break & snack next to a gift shop. On the ground floor is also a fairly large jewellery store.
Staff could not be criticised in any way, the nicest staff I have experienced in the 4 hotels in Taiwan including the famous W in Taipei. Staff are just welcoming, helpful and really go out their way for you in a sincere manner. A special mention to Paula Huang whom personally took me to my room, and also assisted me with a wonderful guide to see view deck during day. I also visited at night but forget my wallet and wanted a souvenir magnet to remember my visit, helpful staff Austin Chen in view deck guide gave me my desired magnet as a gift not wanting anything, just wanting me to have a present - which was the kindest thing ever as he was sincere and wanted nothing from it but just happy to offer me a present- you don't find many staff doing that. Overall the staff exceed expectations and I can't wait to return back to this amazing hotel with the my favourite view yet.

Banyan Tree is located in Sathon, about 40 minutes drive to BKK airport. There is not much in Sathon, other than Health land, the best massage place in Bangkok- 20 minutes walk on same road. Apart from offices, car rental places and Embassies the area felt a bit dull when compared to Sukhumvit. It is though easy to get around the city as within 10 minutes walk is the nearest BTS station- Silom. 4 stops to Asoke on Sukhumvit (for Terminal 21 shopping Centre) if you don't fancy the 10 minute taxi ride. The river seemed not that far though when seeing this on the roof.
Room on 35th floor was a small executive style club room as two rooms were offered, an entrance room that offered a large sofa, coffee table and large working reception desk with closeby LAN cable- a luggage rack is also offered. There was a TV which offered a huge amount of English choices such as BBC, CNN, HBO, Fox Movies but also Russian, Arabic, French , German, Japanese and off course Thai choices. There is some hot drink making facilities and an extensive Mini Bar (of which all soft drinks - non alcohol were free) plenty of alcoholic drinks though & extensive snack food items (not free). A easy to use safe is also located next to fridge. In addition the room offers a incense stick and oil burner (in which oils are changed daily).
Glass Japanese style sliding door link this room to the bed room.
The bed room offered a comfortable cosy low bed with mellow lamps on each bed side table, a small clock and telephone. Two cabinets faced the bed in which a small Samsung TV is offered. Channels are same as in the living room. The other cabinet was a wardrobe was of decent size and offered x2 slippers. The room had large windows which offered an excellent view of the city.
The adjoining bathroom was all marble fitted and included a separate bath and spacious shower cubicle. Amenities were all non branded in hotel large Thai style dispenser bottles, they were decent products & refilled daily. In addition full shaver sets, dental sets, detergent, shower cap and nail files are offered in little pouches. There is also plenty of towel, hair dryer and in a large wardrobe in bathroom are two Japanese style robes along with ironing board and iron.
Overall the room is very comfortable 5 star standard but felt a bit aged, though more traditional Thai style but lacked any up-to-date modern decor of now most of the Bangkok hotels.
The hotel offers free WIFI in room and a public one which in general worked well except sometimes drops on the roof in the Vertigo restaurant. There is a nice pool on the 21st floor long but thin but good for doing lengths, they offer extensive amenities to the pool such as Sun tan lotion, Evian water spray, sunglasses and googles. On the same floor is the main SPA, steam room and sauna, juice bar plus a souvenir shop that offered excellent arts and crafts of Thailand, also a gym with modern equipment is offered.
Catering facilities are extensive, the highlight is the top floor (59th) which has the vertigo restaurant and moon bar - al fresco that offers en exceptional view of Bangkok, the best I here. The dining is exquisite but expect to pay in excess of £100/$160 for two lower priced mains and two glasses of wines. Understandably you pay for the view. Food was good though and offers a mixed selection of food items not specific to Thailand or Western. If it rains, there is inside a Chinese restaurant. In addition on other floors is a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant, Thai Restaurant, sky lounge - not quite as high as Moon bar but also open outside. There is a lobby bar and international restaurant both ala carte and buffet on the ground floor, which is where breakfast is served. The breakfast was fairly decent.
In addition there is a jewlerry store on ground floor and ATM nearby. Business centre is also offered plus parking facilities which are free of charge.
Staff service was meeting the expected standard of 5 star of Bangkok. Check-in staff are polite and process was smooth they even escort you to your room and clear explaining everything. The bed turn down service was a nice touch from housekeeping staff whom give you a little present on your bed and leave room nice and warmly lit after returning from dinner. The staff in the Vertigo restaurant were very nice and hospitable, you can see they get bugged all the time for photos but oblige and enthusiastic with your visit experience. Staff in other areas like pool and spa are also welcoming. Overall true Thai hospitality was offered.
Overall loved staying at Banyan tree, its a cosy but dated traditional Bangkok 5 star with one of the best al fresco dining experiences in Asia. I would love to stay here again.

From airport via taxi during busy times it takes about 45 minutes, but 25 when not. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk to You Yi Lufthansa Shopping centre, where the subway station Liangmaqiao is located- offering good access to the city. The Lufthansa shopping centre is a large department store with boutique clothes and make-up, there are some German bar & food outlets and the shopping centres leads directly into Kempinski hotel. Four Seasons, Sheraton, and many other hotels are all located in this area, which apparently is where 100 Embassies are. Within the Landmark hotel complex, the budilings surround the area area shared with Landmark apartments which has offices and a small shopping arcade that includes some convenience stores, garment tailor and Starbucks.
Room located on 9th floor (non smoking floor) was a mini suite as had an adjoining living room when you enter. The living room offers a guest bathroom, large samsung TV with many Chinese Channels but some English such as ESPN, CNN, HBO, Nat Geo MTV and NHK etc.. (this is the only TV in suite as none in bedroom- but can be angled to face bed room through door- ok for sleeper on left but on right - if you want to watch in bed). The living rooms offers a small sofa with coffee table - to watch TV and also a desk in the corner where almost floor to ceiling windows are offered. The TV is on top of a large cabinet that has a mini bar beneath- very few items and drinks only- no snacks. Plus a kettle which includes some tea and coffee sachets.
The bedroom offers a comfortable (not rock solid as some reviewers have described), bed with bed side tables either side and above dimmer switches to say read a book. The room also offers a desk but faces a mirror and more for female guests to put on make-up as no plugs to work from. There is a wardrobe which offers a medium size safe- two shelves but wouldn't fit a laptop. Wardrobe also contains slippers and many coat hangers.
There is a dated fan system but did not appear to have AC unless it is a internal system. it was hot in April so you can open windows- but the main road outside is noisy.
The adjoining bedroom is very cramped and small and offers a bath and shower combination. A marble sink with a good amount of hotel branded amenities such as dental, shaver, vanity kits plus mini bottles of 'Gelaiya" branded bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. A decent amount of towels are offered but two people would not fit in this tiny bathroom. A robe is offered back of door.
Overall room is comfortable in conservative decor, clean on counters and bed but the carpet is a bit stained (as others have described even grubbier in corridors) but plenty of plugs and good lighting. It is just rather unspecial - bland look, simple and lacks effort such as pictures on walls or alarm clocks etc that would be expected at other Landmark chain hotels.
WIFI is secure and free, works well (but remember to change your search preference to not google - otherwise you will think it is slow/not work but its the general Chinese firewall against google rather than hotel issues)
The hotels offers a Gym, SPA (quite pricey- 600 RMB for massage) and pool. Looked around and indoor pool did not look very clean, nothing floating the general floor looked a bit grubby. Gym had modern mainly cardio equipment though.
There are various food outlets (main buffet, Shanghainese, x2 Shanxi cuisine restaurants, Hong kong cafe, Japanese restaurant, lounge bar). I only used main buffet for dinner and breakfast and overall was impressed with the food offered. It looked fresh and offered many choices for Chinese, other Asian such as Korean and Japanese plus Western guests - both hot and cold foods, dinner and breakfast.
The hotels also has Starbucks in vicinity and a nightclub but did not visit.
Staff are disappointing at this hotel in both the reception and restaurant. Lacking English skills and welcome was poor- no smile/no effort to explain anything. They are very regimented, such as in restaurant- I asked to sit by window where out of 30 seats only one person was sat but they initially refused, I didn't understand and noticed they called someone and allowed it- most bizarre.
Overall the food is the highlight but the hotel is well used in public areas and grubby, facilities and location though are good. Its 4 star and probably the weakest product in the area when compared to Kempinski, Sheraton and other hotels nearby.

Right in the heart of Casablanca, around 45 minutes from the airport by car. The hotel is not far from the Hassan II Mosque (world's 3rd Largest) and offers a nice view of it from your room. The port & main train station are even closer plus 'Ricks Cafe" from the movie. 10 minutes drive to the Corniche which is popular for nightlife, clubs, restaurants and bars/swimming pools on the beach front. Within walking distance is a cinema, restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc- very close to main centre area of Casablanca. Very good location for Casablanca.
The room is set up with a large double bed, one of the most comfortable ever slept due to special mattress topper & soft linen (by Epeda & Dumas). The bedroom offers a large flat screen TV with over 84 channels of which mostly are news outlets from most countries in the world, however some leisure channels do exist in French & various sports channels from UAE, lack of any in leisure in English.
The room offered a small desk with a soft stool and so not that comfortable to work from, but a nice Morocaan style light hangs above it. A sort of love seat sofa exists with a round table and one of the walls is fully mirrored. A decent expresso machine does exist and large safe with plug inside and good for laptop. A small mini bar with drinks only is offered below. On one of the bed size table a modern BOSE sound system for CDs plus an old iPhone (4S & Below) /Ipod docking station connection is available. Two international plugs are offered conveniently above each bed side table, plus handy flexible reading lights as well as tall lamp lights. The lighting controls are quite confusing & requires some time to figure it out especially for the bathroom.
The bathroom is open plan behind the bed room with mirrors on a rail that can be opened to the bedroom or closed, also door can be closed for privacy as well. Two nice size sinks are offered and a large modern bath is offered. on left side of the bath is where clothes are hanged and an ironing board is offered. A nice set of coat hangers is available including a tie hanger. On the right side is a shower spacious room with stool and offers a rain shower and detached shower unit. The bathroom offers a decent amount of amenities - mini size bottle's of body lotion, shower gel, shampoo etc of "Les notes de Lanvin". Bath and shower both offer loofahs. They don't like Sofitel in Asia offer any toothbrushes or Razors though. The toilet is hidden against the wall near the main entrance.
Overall a very comfortable room in general, could do with a better desk chair to work from and lighting seemed confusing at times, but the decor is very nice infused with some modern Moroccan influence. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.
The hotel offers free unsecured WIFI in which can be used for multiple devices, however its keeps having issues of working fine then for periods dropping and is most frustrating. There are two restaurants and a bar on the ground floor, the bar has nice atmosphere in the evening with DJ playing and also eat a snack there which was sufficient. The breakfast buffet is fairly nice food but recommend arriving at 730am (although it opens at 7) the staff do not seem to be well prepared any earlier as in no menus's out. You can also order omelettes, crepes and french toast etc but it is slow to arrive. However the food is good quality especially bread, meat & cheeses. Moroccan crepe was also nice.
Other facilities include a massage SPA, nice small swimming pool and small Gym- all very clean and modern with Moroccan decor.
Staff are friendly and offer an adequate service but not as attentive as you would expect for 5star especially in restaurant for breakfast, also reception missed wake-up call requests. However staff in bars and at front door are welcoming. House keeping seem to want to take all your bath items out and present them on pink flannel, which whilst nice was a little intrusive. It is also best to work out do not disturb sign on your door since they open the door at 9am.
Overall the hotel is a nice product, very clean and offers decent bed but for a five star hotel and the best in the city, it lacks WIFI efficiency and staff need to be more attentive to meet luxury hotel standards elsewhere.
Rue Sidi Belyout, Casablanca 20000, MoroccoSearch for the best prices with one of our trusted partners
It is on the same island as the airport. About 5-20 minutes walk from the airport (covered) clearly sign posted on arrivals level. There is also a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to their sister hotel in Kowlooon- however it takes one hour and train is quicker with 30 minutes from door to Kowloon station.
Room was on 11th Floor- executive floor and came entrance to the executive lounge facility. The room had two comfortable twin beds with bright modern decor fairly spacious size. The back wall was cream leather which looked quite original and next to each bed side was dimmer able lamps and flexible reading lights. The left bedside table also offered a touch pad light/A/C control unit which worked great. A telephone also existed.
The left side of the bed was a cream leather sofa for 2-3 people and small glass table. Opposite is a glass tabled desk with large mirror in front, so it was great for those narcissistic business men that like to see themselves while they work. The desk also offered a large stereo with a iPod/iphone 4 & previous docking station to listen to ones own music. There is also a tea making kettle as many UK plugs are located here. Very comfortable office chair is also offered.
Opposite the bed is a large TV but was hard to see, however they do offer pay per movies and some international channels such as CNN and BBC.
Under this was a generous size luggage rack.
A free mini bar is offered and includes a few beers , diet cokes and 7up as well as Peanuts. A safe exists in the wardrobe but not laptop size. Actually the wardrobe is quite small but does have some nice slippers and dressing gowns.
The bathroom is adequate size and includes a bath/shower combo in which for the "best airport hotel in the world" and on the executive floor seemed a bit disappointing, However nice L'occitane amenities mini bottles were offered as were full Regal hotel other amenities like dental sets, buds, combs plus hair dryer etc..
The room looked nice and was quite original but lacked plugs close to the bed and the TV was hard to use. When comparing to the Langham Place hotel (in PEK Airport), I think that is more functional & spacious room on their executive floor.
WIFI is free in public area and free to Executive room rates but believe they charge to use this at other times (in room).
People on 11th floor are allowed to check-in/out and use the facilities of the Executive lounge. These facilities include 2 computers, a TV with a seating area and some beers and drinks, plus cakes and the odd sandwich. It was not the best executive lounge I have visited.
Other facilities include a OM spa- which offers two swimming pools, one inside heated and one outside not- quite modern pools. Changing rooms have steam & sauna rooms. A full gym is offered and according to posters it does matter if you do not have any kit. There is a also reasonably priced massage services. I enjoyed the hotel signature massage and thought it was very good.
F&B facilities in which I never used include a Cafe, Bar & Grill, Chinese Restaurant, a desert cafe and pool side dining place (of which was not open when i walked past it). I never used any food because snack food was provided for free in the executive lounge and the food was adequate plus I was only staying for 10 hours between flights.
Staff are friendly and proactive with assisting to a 5 star standard. Saying that check-in took a while, despite their signage to have check-in and check-out lines. They seem to choose check-out passengers first.
Overall this is a nice option to be close to HKG airport, it has some good facilities but is fairly pricey and certainly better options for same value in downtown Kowloon which is only 30 minutes away.

Located around 15-20 minutes from the BOM airport depending on traffic. To South Mumbai where all the sites are such as Prince of Wales Museum, Taj Mahal Palace hotel and the famous gateway to India takes about 1-1.5 hours drive, this because traffic is quite chaotic in Mumbai. Around hotel there is very little but the hotel does offers alot of facilities such as shopping mall, salons and so there is not much need to leave the hotel for say a walk.
Room was a suite on the 4th floor, it offered a living room, large bathroom, bed room and balcony. The bed room offered a queen sized bed- very comfortable soft with warm bedding. Modern bedside tables with good lighting controls and international plug sockets. Also an alarm clock that had a docking station for IPOD and iPhone 4S and below. A phone also existed but did not work. Next to the bed is a large wardrobe with iron and ironing board, large laptop size easy to use safe and amenities such as male and female slippers. The bed faces a large TV which offered around 50 channels-very good international selection including CNN, BBC, HBO and MTV. There was also a DVD player. An arm chair also existed & came with a nice fruit bowl with 3 uncut fruits. Next to the TV is a large luggage rack as well. The room was cosy & modern with good lighting.
The living room offered a large glass top desk with helpful international plug sockets nearby with lamp and phone even a small chair in front (in addition to comfy desk chair) for convenience. A large two person sofa with arm chairs and large table also existed- the room was presented with small boxes of chocolate and mini cakes which was delightful.
As with the bed room a large Samsung TV again with DVD player and same selection as in bed room. The room had nice Illy expresso machine, electronic blinds and also double glass windows which leads to the balcony. The balcony was spacious and covered but rather pointless because there are no chair provided or table and suite was smoking room anyway.
The bathroom is in between main hallway and bedroom, it is nicely finished in marble with separate bath & shower right next to each other with shower being quite a small area overall. However it is modern and good hot water is provided. Excellent full amenities of Grand Hyatt and Forest essential generous sizes and nice smelling mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. A large bowl of bath salts are also offered. Plenty of bottles of Aquafina waters are provided in every room as well.
The decor is very modern overall with good lighting and plug socket availability and A/C worked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like is the bedroom windows were not that sound proof which made the car horns quite irritating if you plan a lie in but very quiet through the night.
The hotel offers free WIFI for up to three devices which is secure with your room login- it is of high speed. There are 7 F&B facilities- Chinese, Indian, Italian, Multi-cuinese with Arabic, Japanese and Thai dishes, three bars and 24 hour room service- did not use any of them so cannot comment on quality but prices seems reasonable for 5 star hotel. The hotel offers a small boutique shopping mall with international boutique brands as well as some local Indian arts and crafts as well as shawls and jewellery.
Leisure facilities include a 24 hour large gym with modern equipment, a nice designed pool which was of good temperature and had plenty of sun loungers. IN addition there is a Hot tub, sauna & steam room located in the changing room. SPA service are also available but did not use.Did not see but there is also a tennis court, running track of 100 metres, basketball and beach volleyball areas. A massive conference centre is also available.
Overall full 5 star facilities are offered.
Staff were very professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth as was check-out. The staff are very attentive and offered excellent service.
Overall a nice 5 star hotel with excellent facilities and cosy room. It's great for the airport but probably not great if you want to head into South Mumbai quickly. However found it very comfortable & would certainly return again.

Located in downtown Medan. It takes over 1 hour to get here from Kualanamu International airport, the city of Medan has worser traffic than Jakarta, however there is a 30 min rail link (to airport), but the main station can take around 10-20mintes to get to from the hotel.
There is really nothing around the hotel in terms of shopping, a food supermarket exists but nothing of any interest to take a walk to.
Room was on 28th floor (1 floor from the top) & so the main highlight was the view being magnificent. The spacious room contained a very comfortable king size bed, bed side tables with dim able lamps and an alarm clock. There is an international plug on one of the bed side tables plus helpful light switches. The room has two lounge arm chairs & a small side table. A decent sized glass working desk exists in which includes plenty of international plugs, AV connectors etc. Quite a comfortable chairs & modern lamp which makes this desk most helpful to work from. The TV faces the bed on a large wooden stand/unit in which offers a DVD player, fridge and mini bar items. The large samsung TV has good international selection of channels & mini bar is very reasonably priced but only beer is offered in terms of Alcohol. The room offers interesting artwork with warm colours & the floor to ceiling windows are covered by thick curtains with electronic blind control. Very nice function when you open the curtains in the morning, you just press a remote and both sides of the room open up with natural light and a splendid view of the city below.
The corridor to the entrance door has a luggage rack, large wardrobes with plenty of hangers, ironing board and iron, plus an easy to use safe. Ropes and thin slippers are offered.
The bathroom is very nice, complete marble with a spacious shower with two heads, worked well. Nice large sink area and a bath, although not that big offers a TV at end. The TV though needs to be on a full volume to hear anything & still found it hard to hear as its behind a glass screen. Be careful with the remote because when having a bath it is not the waterproof kind that you find in hotels that offer a TV in the bath. Next to the bath is again large windows with electronic blinds offering a pleasant view while bathing. Full amenities are offered - all JW Marriot home brand but were ok, generous sized mini bottles of shampoo, body lotion, shower gels, shaver kits, dental kits, emery board, combs, bath salts etc..
Overall a very comfortable room with the only fault being the TV volume in the bathroom but the electronic curtains and blinds are fun with a nice view.
There is WIFI, it was complimentary in my room but heard its not hotel wide unless you sign up for the rewards program. It was secure, fast and multiple devices can be used. There is open WIFI as well in public areas. My room included complimentary cleaning of laundry (I think 2 items) and service was good and fast. I also had access to an executive lounge on the 16th floor, very nice staff but not the strongest executive lounge I have visited. Some snack food is offered on a different theme each night, hot and cold and ok finger foods. Computer facilities are offered there as well.
There are 3 full restaurants, a large buffet, in which breakfast was offered - an excellent selection of items in about 5 different stations catering for western & asian including freshly made vegetable juices . There is a prime steak house, below and ate there one night- both locations offered a very nice standard of food, fresh and enjoyable, service was a little slow in the steakhouse though at least to take order. There is also a Chinese restaurant & lounge bar but did not use. A gift shop exists as well and has some good items such as pain killers, deodorant plus batik clothing art and crafts.
There is a spa, pool and gym on the 17th floor. Had a foot massage and it was fairy reasonably but the room is very hot- they do offer you a heated pillow and eye mask, which makes you feel even more hot so overall did not enjoy it. The pool is of decent size but was freezing even though outside in the heat of Medan. The gym is very modern and has a decent amount of eqipment. I did not look but think there is a male spa area which believe offers steam rooms, sauna etc..
Staff do try their best to offer true 5 star Indonesian hospitality, they acknowledge you when you are walking around saying hello and very pleasant indeed, though the service can sometimes be slow in the steak house and the executive lounge. However check-in & check out was very smooth, staff will accompany you to your room (not carry bags) just walk you there. I did not notice any proactive bell boys or clearly defined concierge desk which surprised me. The buffet restaurant staff though are very nice.
Overall found the JW Marriot very comfortable for when I was there on business. The room is nice & the food is very good. It is very clean with luxury decor everywhere. Only the pool was disappointing for this brand of hotel. However would certainly stay here again in Medan should it ever come up as no real competition.

About 5 minutes from CGK Jakarta airport by free transfer bus that leaves every 15 & 45 past the hour. To Jakarta around 1.5-2 +hours drive dependant on traffic which is guaranteed but just depends how bad it is. There is nothing near the hotel, other than a large lake.
Stayed in a suite in 2nd block on 3rd floor 3320, nice looking suite initially, old colonial style. A lounge reception area exists with a separate toilet & sink near entrance. Marble finish with wooden floors in the main room with a comfy three seater couch and some arm chairs, one with footstool and in centre a large wooden table. These all face a large Samsung TV and the mini bar and coffee tea facilities are also available.
The bedroom offers a very comfy (SPG special mattress topper) king size bed with lamps either side, phone and alarm clock both on wooden tables. Again another TV exists on top of an empty cabinet as well as another arm chair with foot stool. There is also a wooden desk but quite small.
Corridor has the main wardrobes and includes a easy to use safe, towel robe, ironing board and iron with amble space for clothes. The main bathroom has a full marble finish with a combo bath & shower. Full sets of amenities offered all Sheraton branded including hair dryer. A bidet exists as well.
Now for the issues, the room is well worn alot of the furniture is probably 10-20 years old and you can see scrapes on edges and the room is in need of an update as is the main building and general hotel is very tired. For a suite there is no DVD player that you find at other SPG hotels like W (& this was the preferred SPG floor). Green tea was not provided only chamomile & english breakfast (which most hotels even 3 stars in Asia provide green tea), complimentary water is provided at fridges but nothing by bathroom despite warning that tap water is not potable. AC is good and digital. The main issue however is mosquitos, there are plenty and woke up quite bidden as did a colleague of mine. They could provide either those special plugs or nets. Water at sink was also initially brown water but ok after a while.
Overall a worn room with a comfortable bed. There is nothing innovate & if sensitive to mosquito bites you will get bitten even with all windows vents etc all closes.
There is free WIFI throughout the hotel, unsecured so multiple devices is possible.
A buffet restaurant exists in which is adequate for breakfast, nothing special but a decent amount of choices. They do have a wheatgrass shot (in which you have to pay additionally for) but very healthy. A bar exist upstairs near lobby, service takes a while and they have a band playing, again it ok but tired looking with smoking everywhere so its hard if you don't smoke. . They do have some small foods such as Club sandwich, chicken wings- staff service is slow. They will bring a couple of dishes with gaps not together (all dishes were starters so was not on a course by course basis). They have renovated the pool area and there are pools bars with seating above, a DJ plays dance music but it somewhat does not suit the hotel at all, since we are not in Bali or Miami but an airport hotel. The pools though are nice. SPA also exists but did not use.
In addition there are some computers near the lobby, Ralph Lauren clothes shop and a travel agency.
Staff are ok, no specific issues they are polite and service is generally quite friendly- housekeeping acknowledge you and say hi. As mentioned in the catering area, it is slow & in efficient. Bringing items as and when they are ready and hard to get hold of staff at the bar - you have to approach them, not they approach you.
Overall this is a tired looking hotel with dirt and broken signage in the public corridors but decent enough for between flights. It is very much an air crew hotel. It is though the best hotel that is closest to CGK airport. Personally there are better choices in the city but if you need to be close to airport for flights, this is a good option since traffic in Jakarta is one of the worst in the world.

Located about 1 hour from CGK Jakarta's main airport in a place called Podomoro City in which I have no idea in which area of Jakarta this is. However the hotel is located above a massive shopping mall called '[email protected] Park" in which has many shops such as electronics like Bose, boutique clothing like Hugo Boss but also pharmacies, spa's & restaurants- basically an international shopping mall foot steps from hotel.
Room was initially an executive room but was upgraded to a suite on 11th floor as initially they confirmed they only had smoking rooms, but due to explaining health issues with smoking, that I was happy to be downgraded to normal room, they actually upgraded me to a suite. Suite on 11th floor was one floor from the top and offered excellent views, it was comprised of two rooms; a living room and bed room with attached open plan bathroom.
The living room offered a large comfy couch that you can lie down on and watch a DVD since a player is offered with a large LG TV plus LG sound system - good for watching DVD's. There is also a comfy wide and large foot stall and arm chair but very small mirror table only really suitable for drinks and reading materials. A large wardrobe style mini bar is located in this room & includes a modern expresso machine but no beer or alcohol. a reception toilet is also in this room. Decor is very arty and plenty of international plugs do exist. The TV table does have the full USB/HDMI/RGB/RCA plugs. TV offers full international and local channels around 60 choices including Nat Geo, BBC, CNN plus music channels and lifestyle like fashion TV. Large luggage rack also exists.
In the bedroom the tall king size bed was very comfortable and offers excellent lighting - both flexi reading side lights and modern hanging ceiling lamps as well as overhead- all easily controlled from bed. An arm chair is offered and small table below the TV- this is the working desk but it is not that comfortable of a place to work from.
Bedside tables are low but do offer telephones and a IPOD docking station of the iPhone 4 variety.
The open plan bathroom is offered right next to the room, firstly with a wide shower cubicle enough for 2 people offering three shower heads- large and very comfortable rain shower plus a detachable shower head and 3 shower heads facing body from panel. There is a deep round white bath also with a detachable shower head- modern Scandinavian design. The sink is modern finish with good lighting overall. Full personal tubes amenities from the Bigelow brand and standard pullman dental, shaving emery boards plus hair dryer. A large wardrobe also exists that includes thick towel robes, yoga mats, small dumbbells, easy to use plus Iron and Ironing board.
The room offers an artistic approach with different textures on each wall, artistic and boutique with excellent lighting. I slept very well. AC is all controllable and worked perfectly.
Overall very comfortable room. Only criticism might be a traditional working desk for executives that as such includes phones is not offered, just tables below TV's. Its more of a boutique hotel for travellers that love art, shopping and is essentially aimed towards leisure travellers that want a comfortable modern innovative room near shopping. I found it most comfortable & to some degree similar to a W hotel, though not quite meeting that standard. Saying that there are business centres, meeting and banquet rooms at this hotel.
The hotel offers free WIFI and Paid WIFI, difference is paid is faster and offer unlimited data transfer. This was included in my room so not sure of rate but the free one was acceptably fine for checking emails etc.
There are 4 food outlets. Executive lounge is exclusive for those guest and is ok with sufficient choice of hot food and drinks. The main buffet restaurant only used for breakfast but was very impressed- they offer Indian, Japanese, Western, Indonesian hot multiple meal choices for each, plus a huge fruit area, continental meats. cheese, cereals and large bakery area. I tried all and especially liked the fresh fruit and vegetable juice choices. A lounge bar also exists near reception and this includes a decent amount of intentional choices of dinner, food was very nice- Satay though was spiciest peanut sauce I have ever had, nice cocktails are also offered- although it is pricey. Room service is offered but did not try. Laundry service is also offered but the express 3 hour service took 6 hours.
At reception there is also some apple mac computers and also on the L level is a "Chill Out" space where desks and computers are offered- this is next to various banquet rooms and meeting room areas.
The hotel offers a large rectangular pool and kids pool but limited chairs and aesthetically is the disappointment of the hotel when compared to the rest of the decor. For instance there is no pool bar or covered cabanas- the pool was surprisingly cold for Jakarta. A Spa is offered with many massages and also equipment to rent for sleeping such as scented pillows, eye masks, diffusers etc- a nice touch. Used Spa for massage (Indonesian) and was honestly incredible. A Japanese (zen) garden is also offered but no seats and can see no purpose that people would use this area as its plain with wooden walkways & some trees- rather dull like the pool area. A modern equipped 24 hour Gym is also offered.
The hotel highlight is the decor, its like a strange modern boutique art museum, as some have said some quirky edgy art stuff such as a naked baby on a coke can in the buffet restaurant and baby in a bikini skipping. I liked the edge to it and in general saw some really nice pictures in the public areas.
Staff are nice in all areas except reception- they are completely incompetent. Reception staff also called me at 1145 and say i must check-out at 12 despite agreement mentioning during check-in that I will be checking out at 6pm (& this was done in the executive lounge). I confirmed that they must contact the company whom paid my bill and they said they will. I go for massage and they block my key. I go to reception to be told you were suppose to checkout at 12, your key is now invalid despite my items being in my room. However after alot of agro it was resolved. The room was also not ready at 10pm when I arrived, to be fair I did change it so had to wait for about 40 minutes, as they said/moaned I had not made a preference on booking (but it was not booked by me) and automatically assumed I wanted a smoking room but they did upgrade me. Breakfast I found the eggs to take ages to arrive and then once it arrived I was asked to fill out a feedback form which I found a bit inappropiate while dining as never had that at any hotel. The other issue is don't bother with express laundry - it states 3 hours. (7 hours later I still had received it, after many complaints they did decide 'not to charge me". Whilst the staff in the executive lounge are nice, I asked what one of the sandwiches was and chef said it was beef- clearly it was not and just salad- basically staff really don't know whats going on and this is the sole reason I don't give them 5 stars.
However staff in SPA were very nice and only the true 5 star service in this hotel.
Overall I have stayed at the other Pullman in central Jakarta area & Legian in Bali and found this was much better in terms of product, it had exciting decor, comfortable room and really like the way the individuality this Pullman offers. It certainly was the best pullman I have stayed at in terms of room and decor, although other pullmans have had better pools facilities & staff.

Located right in the centre of Jakarta downtown area- everything is very close including National Monument, Main train station and Grand Indonesia Mall- 5 minted by taxi. From airport it takes about 45 minutes - 1.5 hours dependant on traffic
Room on 16th floor is of good standard but with dated 80's 5 star hotel decor- conservative but far from modern. The double bed though was very comfortable and included a Ipod/Iphone docking station alarm clock, telephone & small lamps either side on bed side tables. There is a two soft seater couch with small table in front. A large working desk exists containing a windows based computer but also desk is of decent size to work on a personal computer. There is also a suit holder, luggage rack and large Samsung TV - which worked well but simple satellite channels from all over the world- no innovative menu that you find at a pullmans for example. There is a manual twist A/C and a standard UK plug on the wall in which overall plugs sockets are quite limited (unless you unplug the lamps). The wardrobe includes one the largest safes offered in any hotel as well as a mini fridge offering simple mini bar items plus a kettle and some tea and coffee items, a robe and slippers is also offered.
The bathroom opposite is quite small but offering a large sized shower cubicle. Water is good pressure and temperature and shower design is of modern fittings. The bathroom offers a small sink with small window shutters that open up into bedroom, hair dryer, plus full personal hotel branded amenities exist along with plenty of towels.
Overall the room was clean and comfortable but felt quite dated in general but this is the original first major 5 star hotel in Jakarta. However it is very secure, even on each floor you need a key to access lift and the actual floor corridor after- so very safe.
There is free WIFI- it worked well without any issues. The hotel has full five star facilities and can only comment on what I saw- there is a lovely bakery near reception, a lounge bar- but half is full of smokers and quite intrusive smell so wont not recommended to eat there (if you don't smoke), I did and did not like it, The food was also not that good. There is a cigar bar with large pool table, full service restaurant (but did not visit either), a souvenir shop, leather goods shop, Barber and hair dresser and even Garuda Indonesia Travel agency office. There is also a large olympic size pool, tennis courts and even a running track- again did not get any opportunity to visit these but saw from window. I think there is other restaurants and bars as well.
A full service 5 star hotel.
Staff were ok, it was not as hospitable as other hotels I have stayed at. Very much huge hotel so staff less interested in personal service and attention to detail when serving say in restaurant or no welcome drink at reception etc. However the place was clean and check-in and out seemed efficient enough.
Overall would found this hotel quite comfortable & perfectly located for central Jakarta but being the first hotel, you feel how old it is - very much 80's vibe. It also does not really have much character either and staff service was weaker than Pullmans.

Right on Sheikh Zayed Road- very close (5 minutes drive) to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall. Beach around 5-10 minutes away (by taxi). There is a metro station 'Financial Centre" about 5-10 minute walk. Great location to be in city centre. Outside of Hotel within walking distance is Johnny Rocket burger restaurants and a lebanese restaurants plus some pharmacies.
Room located on the club level (34) is a suite. Offering a separate bedroom & living room.
The living room is like a reception room, quite small but cosy with some couches & armchairs facing a large TV. There is a marble desk with comfortable office chair accompanied by a phone and coffee/tea making machine- full selection. To the side of the desk was a good media centre of power sockets such as USB, HDMI and multiple power socket- great say for using TV for a presentation.
The ceiling to floor windows offered an excellent view of Burj Khalifa. From this room to the bedroom is a corridor with wardrobes on left side that included a safe, ironing board, drawers, robe and slippers as well as a luggage rack as you enter the bedroom. Opposite is the bathroom.
A nice marble finish that offered both a separate shower cubicle and round bath- with open shutters into bedroom with view of TV. L'Occitane mini full set of amenities were offered alongside dental kits, shavers sets, sewing kits, cotton buds etc..the mini L'Occitane bottles was also generously offered at both the shower and bath areas as well as main sink. Plenty of towels were also offered with a good working shower. The bedroom was very cosy due to large windows and light blinds around the room- as the room was so high, it was cosy lying on the bed and looking out over the horizon of the Dubai Metropolis. The king size bed was nicely decorated with coloured pillows and was quite firm. Each side there were flexi-reading lights as well as lamps, phones and an alarm clock. The room offered a lazy chair/couch, very comfortable with multiple pillows right next to the window that offered a pleasant ocean view in the distance. Next to this a helpful stool and mirror with small make-up type table. A medium sized flat screen TV existed right in front of bed. Did not really look at a channels but appeared full Satellite viewing was available. Lighting overall was good with many lamps and controls by bed, so many plugs around this suite- all international including UK.
The decor was quite boutique Arabic, colourful, warm and cosy - a nice suite for a couple, but also for a solo business traveller like myself, that needs to do a small presentation with a client in the lounge area- thanks to the large reception working desk.
Free unsecured WIFI for multiple devices throughout the hotel works well.
The hotel offered full 5 star dining facilities that included a Thai Restaurant, Italian, Buffet, delicatessen, Champagne bar and another bar. I didn't use any of them so cannot comment. I noticed a boutique shop in reception selling luxury watches and jewellery as well as a hair salon. An ATM was also noticed & believe a business centre exists but did not use it.
On the roof is a outdoor pool, it was quite a good size- straight so good for lengths but not deep so also good for children. There is also an adjoining jacuzzi. Around the pool is plenty of Sun lounging chairs but due to shape of building, sun light is somewhat sparse - probably a good thing but its tough if you like full sunbathing, as the open slitted design of roof means sunlight comes and goes as it moves. There is also a pool bar on this floor. Inside the building on the same floor is an open plan gym with cardio machines surrounding the open central areas- that shows all the floors down below. There was a weights machines noticed as well. The floor I was staying in had a club lounge but I did not have access to this.
Staff service was excellent but due to limited time of stay, there was overall limited interaction with staff only reception, bell boys, pool staff and Driver. All were vey polite & efficient offering a five star personal service to make you feel special. I have a say a special mention to the Ishaq & Yaser whom accompanied me and drove me to the airport in a nice high tech Audi (Hotel's premium car service). They were friendly and chatty.
Overall I would definitely stay here again if I happen to be on a business trip in Dubai and need to be close to central area. Its more of a hotel for business in Dubai than pleasure- however saying that found the staff to go beyond the expected service - really personal and nice and better than what you would find at the big brands such as Hilton.

Hotel is located about 300 metres from Domestic Terminal 2 or about 600 from International Terminal 1. There is a shuttle bus from the airport but it can be walked say from International terminal in less than 10 minutes. The city of Baku is around 15km away and depending on traffic takes about 20-30minutes by car to get to say the old town and city centre areas.
Room was located on the Starwood Preferred Floor 4. Quite a spacious room with a huge king size bed in which was very comfortable to sleep on with soft pillows and soft mattress topper. The bed offered small lamps either side on small bed side tables with helpful flexi-reading lights. Alarm clock and phone on either side. The bed faces a large desk with a soft chair to work from with a mini fridge on one side and another cabinet with tea making facilities on the other. Two bottles of water are free but no mini bar. A large flat screen Samsung TV existed on top and included many channels both local and international with Western, Asian and Russian choices- there is also pay per movie options, it is fairly comprehensive TV operating system with games available, flight information & weather as well as ability to set alarm. In addition in the room is a small but comfortable armchair and coffee table with some magazines.
There is a large wardrobe in the corridor to bathroom where a portable luggage rack is, as well as ironing board, iron, and easy to use safe as well as amble amount of coat hangers and wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a shower & bath combo and is fairly modern equipment with decent hot water supply. The counters are marble and offers a full set of miniature amenity bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion - all branded as Shine. There is plenty of towels and a robe and Sheraton branded towel slippers are offered.
The decor is quite bland with cream walls and wooden furnishings, but the room offered excellent natural light with large windows with a view of both terminals but also the ability to block light out with thick curtains. Lighting is fairly good with various lamps and controls at the bed side. Plugs are all Euro two pin and A/C is controllable via manual simple controls.
The hotel offers a decent amount of facilities, firstly there are two pools, one inside and one outside. The outside pool is nice size and design with plenty of sun lounges as well as comfortable outdoor couches, it has a beach bar and it plays music with a modern European Ibiza type feel. The indoor pool is more for lengths but is in a spa area where they offer massages. I tried the Turkish bath which had a nice design & but this also a very hot sauna, and two aroma steam rooms as well as full size gym with amble cardio & weight equipment. In this area are plenty of showers and heated flat beds to relax.
There is a main restaurant which offers a buffet service and only tried breakfast and lunch. Food is sufficient and fairly good quality tasting offering about 4-5 choices of hot food but plenty of bread, fruits, cheese and cold meats, staff service is though a bit slow with some plate ware, glasses etc not replenished often and at times hard to find a glass just to have a juice with. There is also a lounge bar in which had tea on comfortable couches and chairs. It has a nice lounge feel. There is also a shop and business centre but did not use this.
Overall excellent facilities for a airport hotel. The only issue is WIFI in which whilst it is fast they charge for it- although not as much as most hotels, I think they should consider free WIFI since the room prices are high and the airport offers free WIFI. It also requires consistent re-signing in when device is not used for 10 minutes.
Staff are welcoming at reception, not enthustaic as they rarely smile but service was efficient. Other staff in restaurants were mixed, some don't speak English too well but try their best. Overall the service is adequate. Staff are better than most European hotel but not that passionate in their service.
Overall for the airport this is an excellent location but a bit far from the lively nightlife of Baku . However the facilities offered and bed is very comfortable for a short stay.

Located about 20 minutes drive from Jeddah International airport and about 35-40 minutes from downtown area's such as Balad. In immediate vicinity is the Corniche rd which has a walk way along the coast, about 10 minutes walk is a mini mall with many fast food outlets such as Mcdonalds, Baskin Robbins, Starbucks and Sushi places.
Room was on executive floor and was of decent size. The room included two chairs and a sofa with a glass table – fairly comfortable and adequate for watching TV. The bed was very comfortable- large king size and slept well. Bed size tables both came with nice lamps and a adequate alarm clock. The room also had a large desk with LAN connection and and various international plug sockets. It was of adequate size for working on a laptop and also included a large mirror in front. The TV was also located on this tableincluded around 40 channels mainly regional to KSA but BBC, SKY & CNN was available. There was also a mini bar in which had fairly decent selection of soft drinks & snacks. A large wardrobe, ironing board and safe was also in the room. The bathroom was very spacious and included a fine selection of amenities all branded by Peter Werth- nice body lotion, shampoo and shower gel. There was a large bathroom all finished in marble offering a bidet, bath and shower in which included a lower tap to clean feet. The room also includes a balcony which offered a nice view of the Red sea & had two seats and a table. A/C is controllable by touch screen and works very well. One noticeable missing item was a kettle to make hot drinks.
The hotel has multiple facilities - firstly WIFI is unfortunately chargeable and quite expensive but does work fast. This was as of in 2014
For the guests on the executive floors, the club lounge on the top floor is a comfortable cosy room with some dining tables, sofas and armchairs offering an excellent view of the Red Sea. I choose to have breakfast in there but the selection was somewhat limited. Hot foods include turkey bacon, hash browns and cook-to-order eggs. There is plenty of breads, with some Arabic foods but overall limited selection. However there are another 2-3 other restaurants to use in the hotel, one is themed as an American Diner and looks very cool- but did not get a chance to try it as they seemed to close early. There is a coffee shop in the lobby lounge area where many flavours of ice cream are served.
For leisure facilities there is two pools, one outside- large but very plain area just marble floors and minimal supply of sun beds. There is though a nice indoor pool great for doing lengths, also a modern gym, a games room with various pool tables and even a 4 lane proper bowling alley- fun for families. The hotel also offers a Mosque, various shops for jewellery, Arabic arts, clothes and convenience store for snacks. There is a budget car desk in which you can hire a car (with a driver) for 125R per hour rate. In addition though Hilton have their own cars (nice BMW's to take you to the airport). The hotel has a very large conference centre in an adding building.
One of the impressive features of this hotel is the lobby area - open plan showing the interior of floors with glass elevators and palm trees inside. One of the most interesting lobbies of all the hotels I have stayed at.
Staff in general are all very nice and friendly from front desk, concierge to housekeeping- they acknowledge you and are very respectful. However check-in though took a while, there is not enough desk staff for amount of rooms at this hotel and no line system with some guests pushing in which was frustrating when trying to check-out. There is a dedicated Hilton Honours desk but no-one was ever there.
Overall this is decent upmarket Hilton Hotel although not in town it is a good position from the airport and nice place to walk about around the Red sea, somewhat quiet although some powerful sports cars can be heard at night along the main room. The decor is very impressive - its a true 5 star of facilities of hotel and very safe to stay (big security presence to enter). The area is good enough as your away from the full-on traffic and madness of the downtown area but with nice breeze of the red sea. It is also an exceptionally clean hotel in all areas. I would stay here again. It gets 4/5 because the breakfast was weak, the room had no tea and coffee facilities and internet is chargeable at quite a high rate.

Perfect location for visiting KL, the hotel is right in the centre with a 45min-1 hour taxi ride from the airport depending on traffic. 8 minute walk across junction facing hotel is the KL tower entrance, 10 minute walk down opposite direction is the famous Petronas Towers. In addition 3 minutes walk away is a subway station and Hard rock cafe as well as other restaurants and some bars for night life. Although in the centre it is in a kind of quiet area as in not that many shops next to hotel- only in the Petronas Towers which has a massive multi storey mall with everything you can think of.
The room was located on the west wing which I understand is different to east wing in that it is more corporate and aimed more toward westerners. The room decor was classic conservative with traditional style glamour. Even though the style is the design, it was fairly old and dated brown wooden furnishings. The only modern item was the TV and a touch screen pad by the bed which controls a clock, and powers all lights and A/C unit. Be wary the alarm function did not wake me. The room had a huge king size bed, comfortable but firm. There was a large study style desk spacious that included LAN cable with comfortable chair and lamp. A glass table and arm chair and foot stole - elegant design but not comfortable as quite upright. There was also a marble vanity table with mirror (which included a hair dryer), a small marble table with drawers where the TV was on- there are magazines there like Nat geo. A mini bar is available with stocks of beer, soft drinks and snacks as well as a kettle and tea making facility. A tall wardobe existed in which included a dated looking safe and ironing board. The room is spacious with large windows offering good natural light. Power plugs were a little sparse -only at desk and vanity table and were UK 3pin plugs. The room was clean and spacious but the odd mark and scrape showed its age. The bathroom was especially glamourous- complete marble everywhere it included a tall shower cubicle and separate bath. The sink was a little small but all worked fine, amenities were generous mini bottle branded as Tokyo Milk. The A/C unit worked ok and is controlled from the touch pad by the bed.
WIFI is free for multiple devices and works well. Breakfast is main restaurant had a very nice buffet, decent western and Malaysian food with even a frozen yogurt machine and fresh juice blender. There is lots of healthy food notices which was quite encouraging to eat healthier. There is also a bar with large screens, a lounge bar for smoking and a Japanese restaurant and small coffee bar. The pool is very large with many sun loungers which also has a bar with Hookah's. There is a gym facility that is quite large and sufficient amount of equipment both weights and cardio, in addition there is a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. All is a bit dated but adequate. There is even a bicycle and some walking device inside the pool for those hardcore athletes. Tennis courts as well.
Near the lobby some shops exist such as clothes, a convenience store with books, souvenirs and t-shirts as well as bathroom supplies and snacks. AVIS also have a desk and there is a hair dresser.
Staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly in all areas. Check-in was smooth, concierge desk are very helpful with tourists related questions and the in house car service has very nice drivers in decent Mercedes. Found all staff are very enthusiastic, smile and offer true Malaysian hospitality.
Overall a probably a slightly dated 5 star hotel that is more glamour than innovative but nonetheless was a nice hotel, with decent facilities, good food and a comfortable room in a perfect location for visiting KL.
